Julio Calvo Gonzales

Julio Calvo Gonzales

After finishing his studies in photography, Julio commenced his first jobs positivando work of other photographers.

His first job as a photographer was documenting towns, landscapes and people from an area in northern España. He dedicated his life to photography for a period of two years on top of  a dreamlike, extraordinary mountainous area, where there were areas of difficult access, where people lived from agriculture and livestock.

In a parallel way, He also had an interest in the performing arts, small shows linked to theater and dance. His work is recognized and he was hired to photograph a series of entertainment, featuring major international artists!. He had spent his time  developing this work, for a period of seven years. At present, he is developing a series of photographic...
Jakub Certowicz

Jakub Certowicz

As a teenager, Jakub rather by accident chose photography as an activity at a youth community centre  he attended. He became interested particularly in architectural photography thanks to Juliusz Sokołowski, with whom he worked for some time. He enjoys this type of photography, due to his reflexes were always too slow when  working with live models and found it difficult to establish a good rapport with them.

Over the last ten years many new public buildings have been built, but this process has not always been so well connected up to urban and infrastructural change. Many of them sit like objects in a vacuum, or are not used as intended, or were merely investment opportunities created quickly for short-term political or commercial gain.. He admits that many...

Sergey Melnitchenko

Sergey Melnitchenko

His angles and subjects are just as intriguing as Sergey himself. I have different kind of projects but most of them are dedicated to the theme of Male Nudity. Started to make photos at 2009 but I think that more serious works started to appear from 2012.
Florian Muller

Florian Muller

Florian Mulleris a German based freelance photographer/artist, working and exhibiting all over the world. My objections are to create pictures and visual spaces which invite the observer to dwell, to linger, almost to contemplate.
I try to create something new every day whenever I can.

.

The combination of visual perception and communication is one of my incitements in finding new motives and conceptions for photographs.  A picture has to tell a story or a picture has to build a story in the beholders mind. In a world, that is powered by „faster, higher, further“, I see a progress in pausing. To create pictures and visual spaces witch...
Anna Włoch

Anna Włoch

Photographs by Anna Włoch insightfully combine the elements that are usually in conflict when it comes to the art of photography : the inexhaustible energy and sense of adventure, almost bordering on bravado (she has recently worked in Antarctica, Taiwan, Costa Rica, USA, Africa and God knows where else; as and artist adhering to a number of strict criteria, she tends to remain in the shadow rather than put herself in the spotlight), with a sensibility that is almost poetic – though, thankfully, never ethereal or excessively romanticized – in addition to the most demanding technical  requirements.

Ms Włoch has a keen eye without it that which we see in the overflowing medium of snapshots and images would be alternately a worthwhile and less-than-worthwhile medley – not an aesthetic experience. Hers are insightful, beatiful and thought-provoking photographs. The quality of her portraits – of Czesław Miłosz and Pina Bausch, just to mention a few –...
